No. Tenants pay straight into your own bank account or PayID, as they do now. SProperty tracks what is due and what has been paid, and never holds or moves money.
Every new landlord account starts with 30 days of Pro. When it ends you move to Free unless you choose Pro — nothing is deleted.
You keep everything. Your first property stays fully usable; extra properties and Pro-only features are kept but locked until you upgrade again. Tenants are never affected.
